I almost made a very large mistake! I almost posted a picture of my wedding
dress here! Fortunately, I had better sense than to go through with it.
Deron will be coming to this site as well, and I can't let him see it!
I will say that my dress is absolutely beautiful! So, it will be a surprise
for Deron, I will say no more about it here.
The bridesmaid's dresses are empire-waisted, Regency-style dresses in shades
of pink and green. I'm not sure if all of the dresses will have short trains,
but I'm planning on the maid of honor's and matron of honor to have short
trains. I will post a picture of the pattern as soon as I have discussed
with the seamstress the best one to make.
The final choice for Bridesmaids dresses!
Deron is planning to wear tails. He says this is the most special thing in
his life and he wants to wear tails because it's the most formal and he's
never worn tails before. I must say that it wouldn't matter to me whether he
wears tails or a suit, because the only thing I'm going to be focused on is
that, I GET TO MARRY HIM!
Deron selected the groomsmen's tuxedos from Gingiss Formalwear. They are
black Ralph Lauren tuxes. They will wear sage green vests with bowties. They
are the same style as Deron's except that Deron's has tails.
I'm not sure what our mothers will wear. Because of the formality of the
wedding, I'm hoping that they will choose to wear long dresses because I think
those are SO much more elegant. But what's most important to me is that they
feel beautiful.
I have decided on what to do for the children! Yea! I'm going to have my
junior bridesmaid in an almost identical dress as the bridesmaids. The rose
and petal princesses will wear dresses in the light shades of my colors. And
the flowergirl will wear an ivory dress. Of course the ringbearer and junior
groomsman will also wear tuxes from Gingiss.
