Our Wedding Party

I have been blessed with some very dear friends over the years. Some I have known for a very long time and some I have known for less than a year. But all are very special to me. When I had to choose my bridal party, I realized how difficult it would be to narrow down who my closest friends were.

It was easy to know to ask Cortessa and Marissa because I had known them for so long and we had remained good friends even though we were in different cities during college. They both got married over the summer of 2000. They both accepted and I am blessed to have them be a part of the wedding.

I also asked some of my closest friends(Kendra, Wendy, and Kerrie ) from college to be a part of the wedding party. And they also accepted!

Even though both of Deron's sisters are married and older than the rest of the bridal party, and I don't know them as well as I hope to in the future, I still hoped that they would stand with me because they represent future friendships. They will be my sisters-in-law and I know we will continue to grow closer. They are the sisters that I never had I don't ever want to take them or my relationship with them for granted. They both agreed to be in the party as well!
